“It took us a while before we decided to commit to a sleep coaching program. We were in a very challenging place with our family, not having properly slept since our eldest was born (3y). We have a daughter 3y and son 1.5y. We got to the point recently of building up strong anxiety around evening/morning routines and (in particular) sleep because we had been deprived for so long.
Finally we decided to work with Lara. We had no idea how much this would change our lives. Lara came in like an angel! She listened to everything we were having challenges with on these topics and empathized with us without any judgement. She gave us comfort in being heard and understood while simultaneously assuring us that we were going to get through this. That she had a plan to help with this. It felt like in our first chat with Lara that there was all of a sudden a light at the end of the tunnel. We knew from the start that we would need to put in the work, but that she would be right by our side rooting us on and giving guidance the whole way through. And that is exactly how it went. We learned so much about sleep, boundaries, routines and structure, which not only benefits our morning/evening routines and sleep, but also our full relationship with our kids. I have to say, I underestimated the power of 'sleep coaching' especially with Lara. There is so much more that she has helped us with, using sleeping as the focus point, but improving our lives far beyond that singular topic.
A few concrete points: Lara is attentive and timely. She is empathetic yet pragmatic. She has a clear overview of situations and knows how and when to bring up topics and support in certain moments. She is very well-trained and trustworthy with her work - I always felt like her guidance was helping all of us, and I never felt like I was put in a morally challenging situation. Lara also has an incredible network so if there is a specific challenge, she is open to learning more about it and helping in whatever way she can beyond her already vast scope of knowledge. She TRULY wants to HELP and it reflects so beautifully through the work she has done with us. Thank you Lara!! <3”

“Getting the support from Lara is one these things where you will say afterwards: “I should have done this way earlier “. Lara gave us the best support. Having her extra pair of eyes looking with us on our daily situation was incredibly helpful. With two young kids we had no overview and structure on what we were doing with their sleeping habits and behavior. We were constantly (desperately)trying to change small things to see if this would finally change their sleeping behaviors.
Lara helped us by setting up a plan that we could implement. When we started with that plan she was there to support us and keep us focused on the steps to take and our goals. In just a few days we had great results! Our kids fall asleep really fast now and we have most of our evenings together as a couple! Our restless sleeping one year old is able to sleep through most nights and our toddler is learning now how to go to bed by herself. As well as staying in bed until a certain time in the morning. "My son at 8 months is falling asleep alone and doesn’t need any assistance"
“I worked with Lara to improve sleep of my son when he turned 6 months. He was so difficult to put for a nap or took him a lot of time and assistance to fall asleep at bedtime too. His naps lasted 30 min too and he was up every couple hours at night.
I emphasized how important was for me not to hear him cry for long times and to be able to be next to him. Lara understood my feelings and prepared a sleep plan for us that slowly but steadily got us to this point, where my son at 8 months is falling asleep alone and doesn’t need any assistance, even for naps! His naps extended to 1-1.5 h and he sleeps long stretches at night. He even had a few sleep through nights as well.
There is a regression here and there and some bad nights still however after he gets back to his good sleep patterns. Lara also shared with me bumps in the road guide to navigate through some of the difficult changes, like regressions, traveling etc that I find very useful. I am grateful for her help and support!”
